Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Project Engineer located in Bengaluru. The role involves managing and coordinating MEP aspects of construction projects to ensure efficient planning, execution, and completion. Responsibilities include reviewing project specifications, overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with design standards and safety regulations. The MEP Project Engineer will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge and expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Specialized skills in Plumbing, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering
- Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination
- Strong understanding of design standards, construction safety regulations, and quality compliance
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- Proven experience in MEP project coordination, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sectors
- Proficiency in project management software and relevant tools is advantageous
