Role Description
We are seeking a full-time MEP Project Engineer to manage and oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing aspects of luxury real estate projects. The role requires planning, coordinating, and executing MEP services in alignment with project timelines and quality standards. The MEP Project Engineer will work on-site in Gautam Buddha Nagar, addressing technical issues, liaising with contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, with a foundation in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in Plumbing and Electrical Engineering
- Proven capability in Project Management, including scheduling, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy-efficient building systems is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with teams and contractors
- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety standards
