Role Description
- Review and interpret electrical drawings (SLD, HT/LT panels, transformers, DG, distribution systems) and MEPF drawings (PHE, HVAC, Fire Protection & Detection)
- Conduct quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and validate contractor RA bills
- Plan and monitor MEPF execution in line with project schedules, quality, and safety standards
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design and site issues
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and track procurement and progress
- Ensure compliance with NBC, fire safety, and electrical standards; maintain project documentation
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and as-built documentation for handover
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- 5 –7 years of experience in MEPF execution and coordination (real estate / construction projects)
- Strong understanding of Electrical systems (SLD, HT/LT panels, DG, transformers) and MEPF services (HVAC, PHE, Fire Protection & Detection)
- Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and contractor billing (RA bills)
- Ability to review drawings, identify discrepancies, and resolve site-level coordination issues
- Familiarity with NBC, fire safety norms, and relevant electrical standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills
