Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP Project Engineer based in Mumbai. The MEP Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for construction projects. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety protocols, managing project timelines, and solving technical challenges to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including design and implementation
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering principles
- Experience with Plumbing systems and related installations
- Skills in Project Management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination
- Ability to analyze technical drawings and specifications
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with teams and stakeholders
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in real estate or construction projects is a plus
