Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor MEP works at the assigned site with primary focus on Electrical and Plumbing systems
- Manage electrical systems including HT/LT panels, cabling, lighting, earthing, and power distribution
- Oversee plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, sanitary, and related infrastructure
- Support and coordinate mechanical systems such as HVAC, ventilation, and firefighting works
- Handle MEP labor planning, supervision, and productivity monitoring
- Plan and track material requirements, procurement, and consumption for all MEP activities
- Ensure all MEP, architectural, and structural drawings are aligned with actual site execution
- Prepare quantity take-offs and material estimations for MEP works
- Monitor project costs, material usage, and budget adherence
- Verify and certify contractor measurements and billing
- Coordinate with consultants and vendors for drawings, approvals, and execution
- Ensure quality control, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems as per standards
- Maintain proper documentation of site activities, changes, and reports
- Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to ensure timely completion of work
Job Specification
- Experience: 4–8 years in MEP projects (Electrical & Plumbing preferred)
- Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s / Master’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
- Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems with basic understanding of mechanical systems
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools
- Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, and billing processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
