Job Description – Senior Electrical Execution Engineer (Sprinkler / FAS / PA Systems)
Position: Senior Electrical Execution Engineer
Location: Bangalore (Hoskote and Hubbali area)
Industry: Construction / MEP / Project Management Consultancy (PMC)
Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced and self-driven Senior Electrical Execution Engineers to join our Bangalore projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in the execution and coordination of Fire Protection, Fire Alarm, and Public Address Systems and be capable of independently handling site activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Independently manage electrical execution activities at the project site.
- Execute and supervise installation of:
- Sprinkler Systems
- Fire Alarm Systems (FAS)
- Public Address (PA) Systems
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, and BOQs before execution.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with civil, HVAC, plumbing, and other MEP disciplines to resolve site issues.
- Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, and material requirements.
- Ensure timely inspections, testing, commissioning support, and documentation.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure quality workmanship.
- Enforce safety standards and company HSE policies at the project site.
Required Skills- Strong execution experience in MEP Electrical works.
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Fire Sprinkler Systems
- Fire Alarm Systems (FAS)
- Public Address (PA) Systems
- Ability to independently manage project execution.
- Good understanding of electrical drawings and coordination drawings.
- Strong site coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with quality and safety standards.
Qualification- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Experience- 9–11 years of relevant experience in Electrical MEP execution.
- Experience in commercial buildings, corporate interiors, data centers, hospitals, industrial, or mixed-use projects will be preferred.
- Experience in independently handling site execution from installation to commissioning is essential.
