Job Title: MEP Engineer
Location: Ludhiana, Guwati, Agra

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. MEP Execution & Coordination
- Oversee execution of MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) at site.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, and warehouse systems teams for smooth integration.
- Ensure installation aligns with approved drawings and project specifications.
2. Warehouse Systems Integration
- Coordinate MEP requirements with racking and conveyor system installations.
- Ensure proper power supply, lighting, and services planning for warehouse operations.
- Support installation and commissioning of warehouse-related utilities.
3. Planning & Monitoring
- Prepare and track MEP schedules in line with overall project timelines.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure adherence to milestones.
- Identify delays and implement corrective actions.
4. Quality & Safety
- Ensure all MEP works comply with quality standards and project specifications.
- Enforce safety practices and ensure compliance with site safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits.
5. Vendor & Contractor Management
- Coordinate with MEP contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Monitor contractor performance, productivity, and quality of work.
- Ensure timely mobilization of manpower and materials.
6. Billing & Documentation
- Verify measurements and contractor bills related to MEP works.
- Maintain documentation such as drawings, BOQs, checklists, and reports.
- Prepare DPR/WPR and update progress reports.
7. Testing & Commissioning
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Ensure all systems are functional as per design intent.
- Support final project handover documentation.
Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in MEP execution
- Must have experience in warehouse / industrial projects
- Experience with racking or conveyor systems is an added advantage
Key Competencies:
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Problem-solving and site troubleshooting ability
- Knowledge of MEP drawings, BOQs, and execution practices
- Ability to work in fast-paced project environments
