Job Title- MEP Manager (Residential High-rise, Commercial)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven MEP Manager to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) functions across large-scale institutional and commercial projects. The role demands end-to-end responsibility for MEP design coordination, execution, and quality assurance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of all MEP activities across projects.
Coordinate effectively with design consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Review MEP drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Identify and resolve site-level technical issues proactively.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and project timelines.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Support client interactions and provide technical inputs during meetings and reviews.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
Proven experience in MEP management within reputed construction or real estate organizations.
Strong understanding of MEP systems in high-rise residential and commercial projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Stable career history with demonstrated project delivery success.
Client-facing experience with a professional and confident demeanor.
Role Overplay
Plan, manage, and monitor all MEP works to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Review drawings, resolve site issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
