Job Title: MEP Manager (Logistics Park Development)

Role Summary:
We are seeking experienced MEP Managers to lead the planning, design coordination, execution, commissioning, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) systems for Grade A Warehousing, Integrated Logistics Parks, and Industrial Infrastructure projects. The role also involves driving sustainability initiatives, renewable energy integration, statutory compliance, and cost optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
MEP Infrastructure & Utilities:
- Plan and execute HT/LT power distribution (11kV/33kV), transformer yards, RMUs, cabling, fire water systems, pump rooms, water supply, drainage, and utility infrastructure.
- Ensure infrastructure scalability for future expansion and tenant requirements.
Electrical & Renewable Energy:
- Manage HT/LT systems, transformers, DG/Gas gensets, LT panels, bus ducts, warehouse lighting, earthing, and lightning protection.
- Lead rooftop solar projects including feasibility studies, EPC coordination, structural assessment, net metering approvals, grid synchronisation, and energy performance monitoring.
Fire Protection:
- Design and implement hydrant, sprinkler, and ESFR systems.
- Oversee fire water storage, pump rooms, and Fire Department approvals.
Water & Sustainability:
- Manage STP planning, technology selection (MBBR/SBR/FAB), treated water reuse, stormwater drainage, rainwater harvesting, flood mitigation, and ETP coordination.
- Ensure compliance with Pollution Control Board regulations.
Tenant & Project Management:
- Review and approve tenant MEP drawings, load enhancements, metering, and utility connections.
- Lead contractor/vendor selection, progress monitoring, quality checks, testing & commissioning, and as-built documentation.
Commercial & Compliance:
- Prepare BOQs, monitor project budgets, certify RA bills, and implement value engineering.
- Obtain statutory approvals from Electrical Utilities, Fire Department, Pollution Control Board, and Renewable Energy authorities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 10–15 years of experience in Logistics Parks, Warehousing, or Industrial Infrastructure projects.
- Experience in 11kV feeder projects, rooftop solar systems, STPs, water recycling, and large warehouse developments is preferred.
