Role Description The MEP Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities across residential projects. This role includes coordinating MEP design and execution with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, sustainability standards, and local regulations. The MEP Manager will review drawings, monitor installation quality, manage site inspections, and troubleshoot technical issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Daily responsibilities also involve planning and tracking material and equipment requirements, supporting procurement decisions, and maintaining documentation and progress reports. The role requires close collaboration with site teams to ensure safety, performance, and customer-focused delivery of all MEP systems.
