Role Description
Project Execution & Supervision
Supervise day-to-day Electrical, Mechanical, PHE, FPS,HVAC,ELV (MEP) works at site and ensure activities are executed as per approved GFC drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordination with Civil & Contractors
Coordinate with on-site Civil, MEP Contractors, Inter-departments efficiently to avoid clashes and ensure smooth progress of MEP progress and installations.
• Quality Control & Compliance
Ensure all MEP works to meet Quality standards, Safety regulations, Project specifications and conduct regular inspections and to submit necessary records to the management.
• Material & Resource Management
Plan and Monitor material availability, equipment, manpower and material management to ensure timely completion of work without delays.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting
Track work progress, resolve site issues, and submit regular reports to project management regarding status, delays, and technical matters.
• Team Management
Manage and supervise the MEP site team, prepare daily productivity reports, and closely monitor work progress to ensure maximum productivity as per the assigned tasks. Motivate and guide the team to maintain effective coordination and teamwork for timely completion of activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in MEP Coordination and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Experience with MEP Design and understanding of its application in construction projects
- Knowledge of Plumbing systems and their proper installation and maintenance
- Expertise in Procurement processes relevant to MEP materials and equipment
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality and deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience working on high-quality residential or commercial real estate projects is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience required : 10 - 15 yrs.
