Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an MEP Manager, located in Chennai. The MEP Manager will oversee all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in construction projects. The role entails coordinating MEP designs, managing procurement processes, supervising plumbing systems, and ensuring seamless integration of all MEP-related operations. The MEP Manager will collaborate with engineers, designers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met within designated timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including design and implementation
- Proven skills in MEP Coordination and overseeing the integration of multiple disciplines
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and their installation in building projects
- Experience in procurement processes for MEP-related materials and services
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations is advantageous
