Position: Medical Director
Industry: Multispeciality Hospital
Experience: Minimum 10 Years
Qualification: MBBS with MD/MS (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall clinical leadership and strategic direction for the hospital.
- Oversee medical and surgical departments, ensuring high standards of patient care.
- Integrate and manage hospital IT systems (HIS/EMR/EHR) to enhance clinical efficiency.
- Develop and implement clinical policies, protocols, and quality standards.
- Monitor clinical performance, patient outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead quality initiatives, audits, and accreditation processes (NABH/JCI).
- Collaborate with department heads to improve operational efficiency and patient services.
- Ensure effective communication between clinical teams and hospital management.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in hospital/healthcare leadership roles.
- Strong exposure to surgical services and clinical operations.
- Experience in healthcare IT systems and digital transformation.
- Proven leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of hospital administration and compliance standards.
