Job Opportunity: MEP Estimation Engineer| Pune
We are looking for a detail-oriented MEP Estimation Engineer with 3–6 years of experience in residential projects, proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project, to join our Pune team and ensure accurate cost estimation and efficient project planning for MEP works.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune City for an MEP Estimation Engineer. The role involves preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), conducting project estimations related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and supporting civil engineering aspects of construction projects. Additional responsibilities include performing research to gather data for accurate project costing and engaging in negotiation with stakeholders to align project parameters with budget and resources.

Qualifications
- Expertise in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and conducting Project Estimations
- Strong background in Civil Engineering with a focus on construction and project management
- Excellent Negotiation skills to manage vendors, stakeholders, and cost-related agreements
- Ability to conduct comprehensive Research to support project planning and cost analysis
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in construction or engineering estimation preferred
