Role Summary
We are hiring an experienced
MEP Engineer (Electrical) for a residential high-rise project in Mangalore. The candidate will manage site execution, coordination, testing, and commissioning of all MEP services.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute MEP works as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with civil/architectural teams for service routing and openings
- Supervise contractors and ensure quality and safety compliance
- Manage electrical works including LT panels, cabling, earthing, lightning protection, DG synchronization, etc.
- Coordinate plumbing and HVAC interface requirements
- Ensure testing, commissioning, and system handover documentation
- Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
Requirements
- 6–8 years experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects
- Strong electrical execution and MEP coordination knowledge
- Experience in testing & commissioning activities
- Ability to handle contractors, material planning, and site progress tracking
Preferred
- Immediate joiners / notice period up to 15 days
- Experience in 15+ floor residential towers
