Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an MEP Engineer located in Ahmedabad, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The MEP Engineer will oversee the planning, design, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in various construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with architects and contractors, performing MEP coordination, preparing technical designs and drawings, and ensuring smooth project implementation by resolving technical issues on-site. The role demands close monitoring of project timelines and budgets to deliver high-quality results.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and MEP coordination
- Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions in Electrical Engineering and Building Services
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Plumbing systems and related codes and standards
- Ability to handle technical documentation, drawings, and project reports effectively
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail in addressing project challenges
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field; professional certifications are a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Familiarity with sustainable and energy-efficient MEP practices is an advantage
- Proven experience in real estate or construction-related projects in a similar capacity is desirable
