Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, Salem, Hyderabad. The role involves supporting end-to-end project activities, including assisting with conceptual design, coordinating with engineering and site teams, and contributing to documentation and reporting. The individual will work closely with multi-domain experts to ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities may include reviewing technical specifications, monitoring progress at project sites, communicating with internal stakeholders, and helping implement process improvements. The role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Qualifications
- Relevant educational background in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to understand basic technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to precision and quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and site personnel.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to work on-site and visit project locations as required.
- Familiarity with industrial or engineering environments and safety practices is an advantage.
- Proficiency with standard office productivity tools (e.g., Auto CAD, 3D modelling, Dialux etc.,).
