- Key Responsibilities: - Process and interpret laser scan / point cloud data for MEP modeling. - Develop detailed MEP BIM models (LOD 300–500) using Revit and other BIM tools. - Coordinate with architecture and structure models to ensure clash-free MEP layouts. - Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks. - Ensure adherence to project standards, QA/QC processes, and BIM execution plans. - Collaborate with project teams to deliver accurate as-built MEP models.
Required Skills & Experience: -
3+ years of experience in Scan-to-BIM workflows for MEP systems.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and point cloud processing tools (Recap, Faro Scene, CloudWorx). - Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical & fire-fighting systems.
- Ability to read drawings, interpret scan data, and produce high-quality models.
- Good communication and coordination skill
