This is not a coordination-only role. This is active MEP execution ownership.
We are looking for a highly proactive MEP Engineer who can take full responsibility for electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and HVAC execution for a luxury residential project in Anjuna, North Goa.
You will be responsible for ensuring all MEP works are executed correctly, coordinated effectively with civil and finishing teams, tested thoroughly, and delivered without delays, rework, or quality issues.

- Testing commissioning
- Quality control
- Material planning
- Documentation reporting

- Coordinate with consultants and third-party agencies during inspections and approvals
- Maintain records of testing, inspections, and approvals
- Ensure compliance with IS Codes, NBC Guidelines, Electrical Regulations, and Fire Safety Regulations
