Job Title: MEP Electrical Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Electrical Engineer to oversee and manage electrical systems within construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, execution, and maintenance of electrical works, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, review, and execute electrical systems for residential/commercial construction projects.
- Prepare electrical layouts, load calculations, and technical drawings.
- Coordinate with MEP, civil, and architectural teams for seamless project execution.
- Supervise on-site electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and statutory regulations.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and material procurement related to electrical works.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during project execution.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
- Support in cost estimation and budgeting for electrical components.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 3–4 years of experience in MEP/electrical works in construction or real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, load calculations, and design standards.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Understanding of local electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects.
- Knowledge of fire alarm systems, HVAC coordination, and lighting design.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
