We are looking for a highly experienced and technically strong Senior Electrical Design Engineer / Design Manager to join our Design & Build team.
Experience Required
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Electrical Design Engineering
- Proven experience in:
- Commercial Office Fit-out Projects
- Semiconductor Labs/ High-Tech Lab Facilities
- Data Centers / Mission Critical Facilities

- Strong expertise in Electrical system design and engineering
- Ability to drive design optimization, value engineering, and technically efficient solutions
- Strong understanding of project costing, buildability, and practical implementation
- Excellent design review and technical validation capabilities
- Ability to take initiative in streamlining engineering processes and workflows
- Establish and maintain systematic design practices, standards, and quality controls
- Ensure high-quality, accurate, and professional engineering submissions
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and design teams
- Act as a technical anchor and driving force for project delivery
- Strong ownership mindset with proactive problem-solving approach
- Technology-driven and innovation-oriented thinking
- Ability to improve coordination efficiency across disciplines and stakeholders
- Experience working in fast-paced Design & Build environments with demanding timelines
