We are looking for individuals who have passion towards Mechanical drafting in building services.
Scope
· MEP drawing preparation for residential, commercial, hospital, and other type of projects.
Responsibility
· Must be aware of cad software.
· Study and understand arch and structural drawings.
· Interaction with arch and structural team for any input / clarification.
· Ensure latest arch / structural drawing before proceeding further.
· Update to Sr drafting engineers / design engineers if any discrepancy / additional requirements in arch / structural drawings.
· Maintain drawing neatness, presentation, and quality.
· Maintain revision nos of drawings as per update.
· Drawing dimension accuracy.
· Submit drawings as per commitments.
· Provide inputs for coordinated drawings.
· Preparation of sanction drawings on top priority as per norms and Sr drafting / design engineer’s input.
· Maintain check prints of all drawings till the time of GFC drawings.
· Maintain hard copy of all drawings issued for approval / GFC in a separate box file.
· Maintain soft copy of all drawings issued for approval / GFC in a separate folder.
· Maintain soft copy backup of all drawings issued.
Requirements
· Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Environmental engineering
· Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in Mechanical drafting in residential & commercial and other type of projects.
· Well versed with AutoCAD / MS office software.
· Knowledge of Electrical design / NBC / IS standards.
· Attitude: Well behaved, team player, young and energetic
· Essential Skills (Behavioral): Need to rise to the occasion by supporting other team members
· Desired Skills (Behavioral): Proper communication, punctuality and teamwork
