We are looking for a highly experienced MEP Design Manager to lead and manage the complete MEP design function for premium residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The role requires strong team leadership, design review expertise, and seamless coordination with consultants and internal stakeholders from concept to execution.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and manage the end-to-end MEP design lifecycle across multiple projects
✔ Head the MEP design team and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
✔ Review, validate, and approve MEP drawings, layouts, calculations, and specifications
✔ Coordinate closely with Architects, Structural Consultants, PMCs, Contractors, and MEP Consultants
✔ Ensure compliance with NBC, fire norms, local authority regulations, energy codes, and statutory approvals
✔ Drive value engineering to optimize cost, sustainability, and constructability
✔ Monitor design schedules, quality benchmarks, and coordination deliverables
✔ Provide technical support and resolve design-related site issues during execution
✔ Review and finalize BOQs, specifications, and MEP tender documents
✔ Participate in consultant selection, technical negotiations, and design review meetings
✔ Support testing, commissioning, and project handover from a design standpoint
✔ Maintain proper design documentation, approvals, and revision control
Experience & Skill Set:
🔹 10+ years of experience in MEP design management within Civil / Construction / Real Estate industry.
🔹 Strong exposure to high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
🔹 In-depth knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and Utilities.
🔹 Hands-on experience in MEP design checking and coordination.
🔹 Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (MEP), MS Office.
🔹 Excellent team handling, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
🔹 Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
🔹 Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
