Salary Budget - 20k to 35K Monthly

Job Summary
A MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Project Manager in Mumbai is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of MEP systems in construction projects. Key responsibilities typically include:
* Project Planning and Coordination: Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for MEP systems. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP components into overall project plans. Entry
* Reviewing the overall status of the MEP works, reporting on the progress of all MEP aspects of the project to the project director, design, and commercial team.
* MEP Architect Project Management.
* Organising and managing technical review team resources and input.
* Overseeing the billing, BOQ and design.
* Planning Development & Execution.
Lead, Responsible for handling the company's all Project MEP Services - Electricals, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, CCTV, HVAC for Project Execution, Maintenance, Planning
Co-ordination and all other related work assigned Lead and Communicate with Architects, MEP Consultant, for coordination for finalisation of Design.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of architects, designers, and support staff.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the full design process from ideation to production. You will draw new designs and update our current designs. During the creation process, you will ensure that our designs meet all necessary design responsibilities.

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Role Description The MEP Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) systems for a variety of building projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing detailed engineering designs and calculations, developing and reviewing CAD drawings and models, and ensuring that designs meet project specifications, local codes, and international standards. The role involves collaborating closely with civil, structural, and other multidisciplinary teams, supporting project documentation, and participating in design reviews and value engineering exercises. The engineer will also assist in resolving technical queries, supporting site teams during construction, and contributing to continuous improvement of design workflows and standards. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Design Engineering skills, including the ability to produce detailed MEP designs, calculations, and technical documentation.
- Candidates should possess core Mechanical Engineering skills relevant to building services, such as HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and energy-efficient system design.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating and reviewing 2D drawings and 3D models for MEP layouts and coordination.
- Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering skills applicable to building power distribution, lighting, low-voltage systems, and safety systems.
- Candidates should possess Product Design or component-level design skills that support the integration of equipment and systems within the built environment.
- Relevant degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Experience working on MEP design for commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Familiarity with applicable standards and codes, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication and teamwork skills.
