Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a MEP CAD / Revit Engineer based in Pune. The primary responsibilities include creating and managing detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) designs using Revit software and CAD tools. The role involves collaborating with project teams, producing design drawings, conducting regular project updates, performing detailed engineering analysis, and ensuring accurate and timely project deliverables. Other activities include addressing design challenges, coordinating with other engineering disciplines, and maintaining documentation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAD and Revit for producing accurate MEP designs and drawings
- Knowledge of engineering principles relevant to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
- Skills in technical drawing, drafting, and architectural documentation
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to address design discrepancies
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or related field
- Experience with large-scale construction or building design projects is preferred
