Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a MEP BIM Modeler. The MEP BIM Modeler will create, manage, and coordinate 3D Building Information Models for construction, architectural, and MEP systems. Daily responsibilities include developing accurate BIM models, collaborating with project teams to ensure design adherence, preparing construction drawings, and managing integration with other disciplines. The role also involves ensuring compliance with project standards and resolving design conflicts through advanced modeling techniques.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and technologies
- Strong knowledge of Architecture and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems
- Experience with Construction Drawings and integrating various disciplines into cohesive models
- Attention to detail, accuracy in modeling, and ability to identify and resolve design conflicts
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional project teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience in construction or engineering projects is an advantage
