We are seeking a skilled BIM MEP Modeler with 2+ years of experience in developing and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) models. The candidate should have hands-on experience in delivering models up to LOD 400 (fabrication level) and LOD 500 (as-built level), ensuring accuracy and quality across project stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models for MEP systems using Autodesk Revit.
- Produce models up to LOD 400 for fabrication and installation.
- Update and maintain LOD 500 as-built models based on site conditions.
- Prepare shop drawings, layouts, and coordinated drawings.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Coordinate with architects, structural, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, client requirements, and industry codes.
- Assist in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs.
- Maintain model accuracy and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in BIM MEP modeling.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting).
- Experience working with LOD 400 & LOD 500 models.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in CAD to BIM conversion.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and coordination workflows.
