🚀 We’re Hiring at CADD Emirates: BIM Coordinator – MEP (8+ Years Experience)
📍 Location: Chennai, India
📌 Notice Period: Up to 30 days
We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator – MEP who can lead and manage the BIM team while ensuring high-quality project delivery. If you have strong leadership skills and hands-on BIM coordination experience, this role is for you!
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Perform model reviews, drawing reviews, and clash detection to ensure quality and accuracy
Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM workflows, and LOD requirements
Handle overall technical coordination and project delivery across disciplines
Lead and manage the entire BIM team effectively
Coordinate with clients and internal sales teams
Conduct technical interviews for junior to senior-level roles
✅ Requirements:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in MEP BIM Coordination
Strong expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
Proven experience in team handling and client coordination
Ability to manage end-to-end BIM processes and deliverables
Strong communication and leadership skills
⚡ Candidates with immediate to 30 days notice period will be preferred.
