PURPOSE: (Why this role exist) - Guide and train students at all levels to help them achieve desired score as per the program they have chosen.
Job Location - Kochi, Nagpur, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Kolkata, Hyderabad & Bangalore.
Ojectives :
1. Lead classes to deliver assigned curriculum
2. Mentor and guide students at all levels to achieve their highest scores on the Test day
3. Respond to or escalate student related issues as they arise.
4. Partner with academics support staff to ensure student needs are met.
5. Take various tests both actual test and IMS internal tests as stipulated by academics staff. Learn and retain knowledge related to all aspects of the test such as knowledge of test format, dates offered, test enrolment process and admission timelines.

c. Student satisfaction on quality teaching.
d. One on one doubt solving.
Skills required :
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Presentation skill.
- Mentoring skills and Ability to motivate / Guide Students.
- Good scores on any of the major tests such as CAT, GMAT or GRE will be an added advantage.
Experience Required : Relevant exp. of minimum 2-3 yrs
Education Required : Candidates should be a BA/MA (English literature) /B.Ed./M.Ed. for English Teaching role and M.Sc. (Maths/Phy/Stats), B.E., B.Tech., M. Tech., (Math) for Maths teaching role.
Weekly off - One weekly off on weekday.
