We're building BeTopTen (betopten.com), a mentorship platform where senior tech professionals guide others through career growth, mock interviews, and real-world workplace challenges.
We're looking for experienced mentors to join our growing community.
What we're looking for:
• Senior Engineers, Engineering Managers, Staff+, Directors, or equivalent roles
• 5+ years of industry experience at top tech companies (FAANG/MAANG experience is a strong plus, but not required)
• Passion for helping others grow, whether it's acing system design interviews, navigating a PIP, transitioning into management, or negotiating a better offer
What you'd do as a mentor:
• Offer 1:1 mentorship sessions on your areas of expertise
• Conduct mock interviews (coding, system design, behavioral, engineering management)
• Share insights on career navigation, leadership, and professional development
