Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Mentor at TikerAI. The Mentor will guide learners, freelancers, and innovators by providing insights, advice, and actionable feedback tailored to individual needs. Mentors will facilitate project-based learning, provide support via micro-mentorship interactions, and help foster an environment of collaboration and growth. Additionally, Mentors will contribute to the development of personalized learning paths and ensure learners are equipped with the skills needed to excel in real-world scenarios.
Qualifications
- Expertise in your domain to provide tailored mentorship and advice
- Strong interpersonal communication and interpersonal skills for effective mentoring
- Ability to provide constructive, growth-oriented feedback
- Experience in creating or contributing to learning paths, workshops, or similar initiatives
- Empathetic and solution-oriented approach toward mentoring
- Familiarity with digital tools for remote collaboration and communication
- Experience in mentoring professionals, students, or freelancers is a plus
- Enthusiasm for helping others build skills and succeed
