Role Description The Mentor role at Bimal Institute For Market Research is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The Mentor will guide learners through structured trading curricula, including technical analysis, forex, and crypto trading concepts, using live sessions, workshops, and classroom teaching. Daily responsibilities include explaining market structures and strategies, reviewing trading plans, analyzing market data along with learners, and providing constructive feedback on their trades and decision-making. The Mentor will also help design or refine learning materials, support research-based projects, and contribute to building a disciplined trading mindset and risk management culture. Collaboration with other faculty members and participation in institute events, webinars, and mentorship programs are core parts of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in financial markets, including equity, commodity, forex, and crypto trading, with a solid grasp of technical analysis and market psychology.
- Proven experience in live trading or professional market analysis, with the ability to translate complex market concepts into clear, practical guidance for learners.
- Demonstrated mentoring, coaching, or teaching experience, preferably in trading or finance, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to design or adapt educational content, such as trading exercises, case studies, and research-based learning materials.
- Commitment to ethical trading practices, disciplined risk management, and data-driven decision making.
- Comfort working on-site in Indore in a collaborative, learner-focused environment, with strong interpersonal skills and patience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in trading or market analysis are an advantage.
- Experience using trading platforms, charting tools, and market research software; familiarity with smart money concepts (SMC) is a plus.
