Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mentor/Academic Advisor based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include providing academic and career guidance to students, delivering training sessions, and offering personalized mentorship to individuals. The role requires assessing the academic capabilities and goals of students, designing customized learning plans, and supporting them in achieving their objectives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be critical in fostering lasting mentor-student relationships and effective academic advising.
Qualifications
- Proven Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build rapport with students
- Excellent Communication skills in English and Hindi (Hindi is mandatory for this role)
- Understanding of Mathematics and ability to guide students in academic subjects effectively
- Background in Education and experience in providing personalized Training
- Additional qualifications include strong problem-solving skills and the ability to motivate and inspire students
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
