Finance Consultant - IBD/M&A, PE, Equity Research (Part-time, Remote)

What you'll do You will work with a top AI x finance company as a consultant, contributing to better and products. Convert key workflows from IBD / M&A, Private Equity, Equity Research, Restructuring etc. into actionable product specs and measurable outcomes. Develop custom benchmarks, evaluation frameworks, and datasets to rigorously assess model performance. Collaborate closely with ML researchers to refine models, design effective prompt strategies, and ensure AI outputs meet expert-level quality and accuracy. Who you are Bachelor degree in finance or related field Minimum 1-2 years of corporate finance related work experience (IBD / M&A, Private Equity, Equity Research, Restructuring etc.) Deep understanding of corporate finance, valuation methodologies, and financial statement analysis Exceptional written English skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely No AI Experience is required Preferred: CFA, CAIA, or MBA
