Role Description
This is a part-time, remote position for a Mental Health Specialist. The specialist will provide mental health support services, including individual assessments, case management, and crisis intervention. Responsibilities include offering psychological care, developing and implementing mental health programs, and providing guidance to address mental health concerns in both individuals and teams. Collaboration with staff to promote emotional well-being and mental resilience is an essential part of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Mental Health Care and Mental Health services
- Background in Psychology with knowledge of therapeutic techniques
- Skills in Case Management and providing tailored support services
- Proficiency in Crisis Intervention and addressing urgent psychological needs
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and provide remote support
- Knowledge of workplace mental health challenges is an advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
