Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Mental Health Counselor at our Gurugram location. The counselor will provide professional mental health services including assessments, treatment planning, one-on-one and group counseling, crisis intervention, and ongoing case management. The role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to offer compassionate care and evidence-based interventions that support patients in achieving mental wellness.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Treatment Planning, Case Management, and developing individualized care strategies for clients.
- Strong knowledge of Mental Health principles, Psychology, and evidence-based therapeutic practices.
- Experience in Relationship Counseling and providing emotional support to clients dealing with interpersonal challenges.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience working in a clinical, rehabilitation, or mental health setting is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and maintain client confidentiality.
