Role Description The Mental Health Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun. This role involves providing individual and group counseling to clients experiencing emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. The counselor will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, maintain accurate case records, and coordinate care with other professionals or support services as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering evidence-informed interventions, offering relationship counseling, monitoring client progress, and promoting mental well-being in alignment with ethical and professional standards. Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Mental Health and Psychology, with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practical counseling settings.

- Experience or training in Relationship Counseling to support clients with interpersonal, family, or partnership concerns.
- Relevant academic background such as a master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.

- Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy skills, with the ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
