Capgemini is looking for a skilled and experienced Mendix Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application development and hands-on experience with the Mendix platform, along with the ability to collaborate across teams and drive quality delivery.
Job Location : Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using the Mendix Platform (v7 and above)
- Perform code reviews in alignment with Mendix coding standards and best practices
- Identify and manage interdependencies with other systems/projects during development and integration phases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless system integration
- Coordinate effectively with surrounding systems and stakeholder teams
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching to team members
- Ensure high-quality delivery through adherence to unit testing, TDD (Test-Driven Development), and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) practices
- Monitor and optimize application performance and scalability
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Mendix application development
- At least 5+ years of overall experience in software development
- Strong experience in Java/J2EE enterprise application development and web services
- Proven ability in stakeholder management and communication
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques
Mandatory Certification : Mendix Advanced Developer Certification
