Our goal is to always make our guests smile with the best frozen yogurt, team members, and a fun environment. In addition to the hourly wage, team members at our store have made $2.00 - $3.00 extra per hour in tips.<br><br>

</ul><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience</li>
<li>Take customer orders and process payments accurately using the cash register and POS system</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area</li>
<li>Follow proper food handling and safety procedures</li>
<li>Upsell menu items to increase sales revenue</li>
<li>Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods</li>
</ul><div><br></div><div>Qualifications:</div><ul>
<li>Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or food service environment</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques</li>
<li>Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively</li>
<li>Proficient in retail math for cash handling and calculating transactions</li>
<li>Familiarity with operating a cash register and POS system</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team</li>
