Their primary client base will include employees, managers, and other HR colleagues. The Manager will provide experienced guidance in the areas of labor management (including Workers Compensation, Unemployment and leave management) workflow process, HRIS systems, organizational structure, recruitment and retention, employee engagement, grievances, training, compensation and employee relations guidance.
