Description
The Informatics Specialist serves as a bridge between Healthcare provider and information technology teams, ensuring that clinical workflows are effectively supported by digital systems. This role focuses on optimizing electronic health records (EHR), data management, and clinical decision support tools to improve patient care, safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Medicine, Health informatics, or related field.
- Clinical Background (RN, LPN, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Experience with EHR systems and healthcare IT applications (Meditech preferred)
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
