Provides administrative support to Administration, as directed by the CEO's Senior Executive Assistant. Assists callers and guests by receiving managing phone calls and messages. Coordinates travel arrangements for employees and the Board of Trustees. Participates as a member of the team to achieve business goals and guest/visitor satisfaction. Deals discreetly with large amounts of sensitive, confidential information on a daily basis.
Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required Experience: One (1) year of previous secretarial/receptionist experience, including public contact
Required Skills: General office procedures, ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication skills
