🚨 WE’RE HIRING: MEME CREATIVE CONTROLLER 🚨
MemeChat is looking for a Meme Creative Controller to join our Creative team.
If you know the difference between a meme that works and one that thinks it works, we want to talk.
You’ll be the person making sure our campaigns stay on-brief, on-tone and on-time, especially when we’re running high-volume campaigns across films, music, gaming and brands.
What you’ll do
• Translate campaign strategy into clear creative directions
• Build reference banks for formats, jokes, edits and trends
• Review and approve memes, reels, edits and page content before they go live
• Maintain the creative quality bar during high-volume campaigns
• Work closely with strategy, client servicing, creators and page networks
• Analyse what worked and build it back into our creative reference library
What we’re looking for
• 3–5 years in creative, content or social
• Strong understanding of Indian meme culture and internet trends
• Deep knowledge of meme formats, edit trends, sounds, films and music culture
• Ability to give sharp, actionable creative feedback
• Comfortable working fast without compromising quality
• Someone who can confidently say “this doesn’t work” — and explain why
Nice to have: Film/music campaign experience + familiarity with Reels, edits and page networks.
