Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Membership Tele-Sales Consultant to drive membership sales and renewals in the premium fitness industry. The role requires a consultative sales approach, strong customer engagement, and the ability to consistently achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive acquisition of new members through tele-sales activities
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel to ensure timely conversions
- Proactively engage with existing members to drive renewals and reduce attrition
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention and lifetime value
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM systems
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, events, and lead generation initiatives
Requirements
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
- 1–4 years of experience in tele-sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a performance-driven environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is preferred
- Prior experience in fitness, wellness, or membership-based industry will be an advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
