About the role:
You are a Luxury Sales Professional with 3–5 years of experience in high-end, consumer-facing sales. A natural relationship builder, you excel at engaging discerning clients, communicating aspirational value, and closing high-ticket deals with finesse.
You don’t just sell—you curate experiences, access, and lifestyle upgrades, creating personalized and compelling journeys that drive long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
1. Consumer Acquisition & Sales
- Own the end-to-end B2C sales funnel and achieve membership targets
- Conduct personalized consultations, positioning membership as a lifestyle upgrade
- Identify and nurture high-potential leads through referrals, events, and outreach
- Track and optimize member benefit usage to enhance offerings
2. Engagement & Relationship Management
- Represent the brand at luxury events and convert leads into memberships
- Build strong relationships to drive renewals, upgrades, and long-term retention
- Ensure a seamless, high-touch client experience as a trusted advisor
What We're Looking For:
- Strong sales and communication skills with a consultative approach
- Experience in luxury sales / hospitality / lifestyle services preferred
- Ability to engage with premium clientele confidently
- Target-driven with a focus on high-value conversions
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–5+ years of experience in luxury / lifestyle / hospitality / membership sales
- Proven track record in high-value client acquisition and deal closures
- Strong ability to engage and build relationships with HNI/UHNI clientele
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Confident, polished, and comfortable in premium social and networking settings
- Self-driven, target-oriented, with a focus on long-term client relationships
- Passion for luxury experiences, travel, and lifestyle services
