Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon. As a Membership Consultant, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, and providing outstanding customer service. Your daily responsibilities will include identifying potential members, conducting tours of the facility, assisting with inquiries, and supporting clients in selecting the right membership plans to align with their fitness objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Membership Sales and Membership management
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and ability to meet or exceed targets
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for health and fitness, with the ability to inspire and motivate clients
- Previous experience in the fitness or wellness industry is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with additional certifications or training a plus
