Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Membership Consultant. The Membership Consultant will be responsible for driving membership sales, engaging with prospective clients, and providing outstanding customer service. Daily responsibilities include effectively presenting membership options, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with the team to meet sales goals. The consultant will also contribute to creating a positive experience for new and existing members by addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with the services offered.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Membership Sales and knowledge of Membership structures
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships and engage with clients
- Organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, fitness, or related field is an advantage
