Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Members in Outreach and Partnership role entails building and managing partnerships with corporate sponsors, community organizations, and other stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing outreach plans, presenting OSAAT’s mission to potential partners, coordinating with internal teams to plan campaigns, organizing fundraising events, and maintaining strong communication with partners. The role also involves tracking partnership impact metrics, preparing reports, and fostering collaboration to support the organization's goals for rural education.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Experience in project management, campaign coordination, and event planning.
- Proficiency in developing outreach strategies, preparing partnership proposals, and presenting to various audiences.
- Analytical skills for impact assessment, reporting, and tracking partnerships’ outcomes.
- Proficiency in using tools such as MS Office and CRM systems for documentation and communication.
- A passion for social causes, especially education and rural development initiatives, and commitment to OSAAT’s mission.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in nonprofit partnership management is an advantage.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a flexible hybrid work environment.
