Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon India for a Member Relationship Executive. The Member Relationship Executive will be responsible for engaging with members, assisting them with inquiries, managing memberships, and ensuring positive experiences. They will also organize events, address member concerns, and work closely with the team to enhance overall member satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
- Have a strong passion for **racket sports and actively playing a sport**
- Experience in organizing events and providing on-site support
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with members
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing member concerns
- A passion for sports and recreation, with an interest in pickleball as an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Relations, or a related field
