We are looking for a Member Journey Manager who understands that true luxury lies in the details, the connections, and the journey—not just the destination.
In this role, you will be the custodian of our member experience, ensuring that every touchpoint—from the first welcome to everyday interactions—feels seamless, personalized, and exceptional.
What You Will Do:
- Craft and elevate each member’s journey with a bespoke, high-touch approach
- Build meaningful relationships and anticipate member needs intuitively
- Collaborate across fitness, wellness, and hospitality teams to deliver a unified experience
- Drive engagement, retention, and a strong sense of community within the club
- Uphold and continuously enhance the standards of a luxury environment
